- 1. How can I join Deepcycler.com?
- To join you must first become a member of deepcycler.com (Click on register) Once you are registered, you can buy positions. All spends must be made through the Members Area. You can login using the member username and password you receive by email when you signed up.
- 2. What payment processors do you accept?
- We take E-gold, Liberty Reserve, Alertpay, Solid Trust Pay, Strict Pay and Perfect Money. This should give everyone a good amount of options as many of these currencies are also interchangeable with one another.
- 3. How can I withdraw funds?
- Go to the withdraw section which is located in your back office. You are also welcome to reinvest as well.
- 4. How long does it take for my deposit to be added to my account?
- All deposits are verified and updated manually in the order that they are received. All new positions will be also approved in the order that they are received. Most will be approved within minutes but could take up to 24 hours ( If I’m sleeping zzzzzzzzz or away for a bit.) Do not worry though as all spots are approved in the order that they are purchased.
- 5. How can I change my e-mail address or password?
- Log into your deepcycler.com account and click on my details tab. You can change your e-mail address and password from there.
- 6. Can I buy more positions once my account has been opened?
- Yes, you can just login to members area and click on buy positions. All positions and transactions though will be verified manually.
- 7. After I make a withdrawal request, when will the funds be available?
- Funds are usually available very quickly but please allow us up to 5 Business Days to process requests..
- 8. How can I check my account balances?
- You can access the account information 24 hours a day, seven days a week in member’s area
- 9. May I open several accounts in your program?
- No, only one account per I.P. address please. We will be looking for people that are trying to cheat the system and all cheaters will be warned and then removed.
- 10. Who manages the funds?
- These funds are managed by a team of deepcycler.com admins
- 11.Will I be able to get support handled?
- Certainly, please use the contact form. We will also have representatives at the various forums as well to help with support issues
- 12. Is my purchase automatically re invested?
- Yes, your investment is automatically reinvested in all lines. This will be important for the future and current success of the program.
- 13. Do you allow refunds?
- All deposits made into Deepcycler.com are final and non refundable. Because of this please be sure that you understand the rules of the game before you play :) Admin reserves the right to change this under certain conditions.
- 14. Do you pay a referral Commission?
- Yes we pay an 8% referral commission only on external spends made into deep cycler. We do not pay a referral commission on reinvested spots.
15 How long will it take for my spots to cycle?
There is no way to accurately give you an answer on this question. This is based 100% on the activity of the members. Please be patient.
